Clive was brilliant from start to finish. The most supportive, knowledgeable and approachable mortgage advisor with heaps of advice! We are young first time buyers and had absolutely no idea about most things involved when buying a house and he put our minds at ease through out the whole process! We felt so much more relaxed knowing that he was helping us to sort our mortgage out and give advice on what houses to avoid (and saved us before we got into a massive black hole of bad housing!)

I found Clive after struggling to attain a mortgage through a normal broker due to my income stream through dividends not a salary. I had a time deadline due to purchase at auction and after dropping Clive an email he called me within 5 minutes to discuss a game plan. He was very knowledgeable and I instantly knew he was going to come good on a mortgage for me.
He kept me informed on the process as it went along and always responded promptly which was very reassuring during the stressful time of a house purchase!
I will be using Clive Read again in the future whether it’s for a straight forward vanilla mortgage or a more complicated one.

We approached Clive to help us buy a shared ownership property. He got us a great deal and we were very close to closing on the property however the deal fell through due to personal circumstances. He did not charge us a penny and he reassured us that we'd get there in the end. We have now closed on a different house and we could not have done it without him. He has great knowledge and is extremely friendly and approachable. He has never missed a call from me and he responds very quickly to emails too. Could not recommend him highly enough.
